Data-deletion instructions
Effective date: 28 October 2026
To request deletion of information stored in DMarketeer CMO, email admin@dmarketeer.com.sg with the subject CMO data-deletion request.
What to include
- The website or business workspace concerned.
- The connected Facebook Page, Instagram account or LinkedIn account name or identifier, if applicable.
- Which portal records you want removed, such as a connection, drafts, uploaded images, generation history or publishing records.
- A way to contact you and confirm your authority over the affected information.
Do not send your social passwords, API keys or access tokens. We will review the request, verify your authority where necessary and arrange appropriate removal of the relevant portal records. This is an administrator-handled request process, not an automatic deletion callback.
Remove access immediately
Inside the portal, use Social Media → Connections → Disconnect to remove a saved destination. To revoke the app’s platform authorization, also remove DMarketeer CMO in the relevant Meta or LinkedIn application-permission settings.
Trash and published posts
Moving a draft to Trash is recoverable and does not permanently erase all associated records or images. Request permanent removal using the email address above.
Deleting portal information does not automatically delete posts already published to Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. Manage those posts on the relevant platform. Its own retention policies and any copies made by others may still apply. Backups and technical logs may require separate retention handling.
Read our privacy policy for an overview of how information is handled.
